Supervisor  "Welcome to your new home." Here at this call center, we work 24/7, however when you need to take a brake, just press the little red button on your phone and your headset will be deactivated and you can go on brake."  "Any question?"
Everyone  No!
Supervisor "Very good" Let's go to work". "Listen up people."  The phones are loaded and we have been in red Q all day." "So you all are going to earn your pay today." "Make me proud!"
Bill  "Hello, my name is Bill." Thank you for calling business care. How can I help you?
Caller "I just got this phone and I don't know what I am doing, or something is wrong with me or it is the phone."  We got this security system from Vivint, and I most have done something wrong. Everything in the house is going crazy. I can't touch my phone with our something in the house going off or going on." what is going on?"
Bill  "well, I can understand how that can be upsetting, however I will be glade to help you with that."
Caller  "Thank You!  
Bill   I just need you to verify the account first."
Caller  "The name on the account should be my mom's Julie Phillips' and my name is Ricky, and the password is Really!"
Bill  "Thank you, that is an interesting pass word."  Okay, first of all, there is nothing wrong with you, your phone has a virus and it is effecting the whole system.  You must have downloaded it when you last changed your ringtones from and 3rd party vender.  I am sending you a text with a link to a site to download a viral purge and that will clear it up and there will also be a link for your mom to go to for Vivint to purge that system as well."
Caller Thank you!"

Bill  Hello, Thank you for calling business care how can I help you?"
